HOTEL DES DOUanes (Customs House)
The Hotel Des Douanes (Customs House) has
been attributed to Robert Seheult II by the author
Mellinet. (1-3) This Customs House which was
located at Number 37 Quay de la Fosse (1) was
destroyed in the World War 2 by British -
American Bombers during the German
occupation. (4) The author Giraud-Mangin has
credited architect Ceineray for its design as noted
on the postcard to the left. (1)
